Angela and her chubby cat, Toby
Angela Linvill has been the hospital administrator at Encina Veterinary Hospital since 2005. Angela earned a Masters of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University in 2011. She is also the Chair of the Contra Costa County Employers Advisory Council for 2012-2013. Professionally, Angela is committed to helping pet owners make good decisions about the health care of their pets regardless of their financial situation. She understands the importance of the human-animal bond, and shares that bond personally with a chubby cat and three parrots. When not working, Angela spends her free time reading and writing about employment law, and spending time with her family.
